BONNI CHEESE SLICER ELM

An elegant cheese slicer made from sustainable and timeless materials. The handle is made of exclusive Scandinavian elm and the slicer is made of stainless steel manufactured by Bjørklund. Treated with a non-toxic, food safe wood finish which adds a beautiful and smooth surface. 

Wood turned by hand by Björn Enqvist on Alnö in Västernorrland, Sweden.

Care advice

Hand wash. Dry immediately with a towel after washing-up.

The handle can preferably be treated with regular cooking oil to reduce the risk of cracks.
